Please read these conditions carefully
before placing your orders.
COPYRIGHT
All programs and materials are copyrighted and such copyrights
are protected under International Law. The company is a member
of national and international associations that exist to protect
copyrights and to prosecute any person and/or organisation
that makes any unlicensed copy of any program or materials
supplied or that breaches the conditions of sale and use.
The sale of any program is made on the express
understanding that it may not be broadcast, publicly performed,
copied or re-recorded in any manner whatsoever; neither may
it be resold, hired or leased to any third party without the
prior written permission of VINCENZI Srl, which will not normally
be given. Any infringement of these rights will be prosecuted
in accordance with the Italian Law and relevant International
Copyright Conventions.
PROGRAM USE
Programs may only be shown to non-paying, non-theatrical audiences
unless prior written permission has been obtained from the
Distributor. In addition, the Purchaser will not:
- re-sell, hire or loan the Programs to other and unrelated
organisations;
- use the Programs at meetings where an admission fee is charged
for the commercial profit or gain of the Purchaser or the
Purchaser’s servant, nominee or agent;
- use the Programs as an integral part of a fee-paying course
where the objective of such course id to result in commercial
profit or gain of the Purchaser, Purchaser’s servant,
nominee or agent;
- use the Programs for broadcast or closed circuit television
use;
- on any account undertake or cause to be done any duplicating,
reprinting or editing of any Programs supplied,
without special licence from the Distributor
who is under no obligation to grant such special licence and
who will require the payment of royalties in addition to the
purchase price before doing so.
LIABILITY
a) Whilst the Distributor will endeavour to ensure that all
synopses in literature give an accurate description of the
content of the Programs the Distributor cannot be held liable
for any inaccurancies howsoever caused in such synopses and
any other information given in any of its literature.
b) The Distributor is not liable in any way for the contents
of Programs supplied.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders received in writing or by telex are considered firm
orders and are not subject to cancellation by the customer.
RIGHTS RESERVED
The Company reserves the rights to alter any of its selling
prices, other charges and/or premium at any time without notice.
The Company reserves the rights to refuse orders from any
Purchaser for any cause whatsoever without giving reasons
therefore.
Although the Company will make every effort to supply material
on dates request, it cannot guarantee the delivery of any
material on a specified date and cannot accept any liability
howsoever caused for any failure to supply particular material
at a particular time.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Our Standard terms of payment are Cash.
DELIVERY
Every effort will be made to keep delivery time to a minimum.
Delivery will be usually within 8 weeks from receipt of firm
order and notification of Letter of Credit, or cheque/banker’s
draft. Letter of Credit should remain valid for at least 90
days.
Orders will be despatched by Air Parcel Post on Airfreight.
The size of the order will determine which method of shipment
is used. Specific despatch instructions from purchasers will
ALWAYS be adhered to.
